The Spirit of the Position

As a Customer Service Agent, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer support while representing LAZ Parking with professionalism and care. You will assist customers, resolve concerns, answer questions, and create positive experiences through every interaction.

Your success comes from your ability to communicate effectively, remain calm under pressure, and consistently provide best-in-class customer service. Based on the role expectations, customer service excellence and professionalism are key priorities.

What You'll Do

Customer Support & Service



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, empathetic communication.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Demonstrate a caring, customer-first approach in every interaction.


Problem Resolution



  • Listen actively to customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
  • Remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused in challenging situations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requests.


Team & Professionalism



  • Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications.
  • Work independently while remaining engaged and accountable.
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required



  • Customer service experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.


    • The City of Denver requires that all candidates pass an English proficiency exam.


  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to remain professional during challenging situations.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.


Preferred



  • Parking industry experience.
  • Experience working in call center, contact center, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing environments.
  • Experience managing customer concerns and conflict resolution.


Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:



  • Remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Use a computer, keyboard, and phone regularly throughout the workday.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced customer service environment.
