Plans and implements the delivery of Early Intervention services to eligible children and their families from intake through transition according to RI Operational Standards and Individual Family Service Plans. Services are provided in collaboration with families and other team members in a coaching model that reflect the priorities of the family in a manner that is developmentally appropriate. Coaching incorporates goals and strategies within daily home routines. Functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team in promoting excellence in the field and adhering to agency professional standards of care in order to continuously improve the quality-of service delivery.
