What this role is:

As Senior Manager, Transformation Strategy at Genesys, you will serve as a versatile strategic partner supporting some of the company's most important transformation priorities.

You will establish and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative, creating a consistent, data-driven view of transformation priorities, progress, outcomes, and business impact. Beyond narrative development, you will contribute across a wide range of initiatives, including strategic planning, operating model work, process improvement, executive priorities, and other emerging business needs.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to quickly move between strategy, analysis, problem solving, and execution support.

What this role isn't:

This role is not limited to a single workstream, discipline, or area of expertise.

It is not responsible for owning enterprise transformation initiatives or serving as the primary execution lead for major programs.

It is not a dedicated process excellence, governance, analytics, or communications role, although it may contribute to work across all of these areas.

It is not an administrative support function focused on coordination, reporting, or meeting management.

Success is measured by the ability to create clarity, solve problems, and deliver meaningful value across a broad range of transformation priorities.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand new business challenges and operate across multiple domains.

  • Experience supporting transformation, strategy execution, operating model improvement, business operations, consulting, or other cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-level narratives.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect transformation activities to measurable business outcomes.

  • Comfort working in ambiguous environments where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.

Some details about what you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative, creating a consistent, data-driven view of transformation priorities, progress, outcomes, and business impact.

  • Partner with leaders across the business to support strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and emerging priorities.

  • Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving activities that help inform decisions and accelerate execution.

  • Support process improvement, operating model, and organizational effectiveness initiatives as needed.

  • Develop executive-level materials, recommendations, and insights for leadership discussions, reviews, and decision-making forums.

  • Provide flexible strategic capacity across the Business Transformation Strategy & Operations team, contributing wherever support is needed most.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in executive communications, strategy, consulting, change leadership, or corporate affairs.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills.

  • Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly.

  • Experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation environments preferred.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$135,400.00 - $238,200.00
