IT Operations Team Leader (SSO Division - Location: Irvine, CA) Position Summary: The IT Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and support teams. This role ensures high availability, reliability, and security of the organization's IT systems, networks, and services. The Team Leader balances technical expertise with leadership skills, guiding a team of systems administrators, support specialists, or network engineers to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements), resolve complex technical issues, and implement infrastructure projects. Education & Experience
After Hours Support and Travel Role requires to work above and beyond the normal schedule on as needed basis to ensure business operations are supported during urgent escalations. Travel will be required (less than 40%), to remote sites to assist local support staff, to manage organization and projects/deployments. This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements. Must be a US Citizen.
