Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Head of Global Investigations who is strategic, experienced and collaborative to join us in our Ethics and Business Integrity team. This hybrid position is based in our office in Atlanta, GA.

About the role

You will lead the global investigations program, ensuring concerns are handled independently, consistently, and fairly across all regions. You will shape strategy, governance, and operational excellence while strengthening a speak-up culture built on trust, respect, fairness, and accountability. This role is central to helping the organization respond to concerns with integrity, learn from issues, and drive meaningful improvement.

Who you'll work with

You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams including Ethics and Business Integrity, Legal, Talent, Audit, Risk, and Communications. You will also collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement of investigation processes worldwide.

What you'll do

  • Define and evolve a global investigations strategy and operating model that reinforces integrity, fairness, and consistency across the organization
  • Oversee high-risk, complex, and cross-border investigations globally
  • Ensure consistent, independent, timely, and confidential investigations across regions
  • Lead case intake, triage, and prioritization processes that support timely response, appropriate escalation, and trusted reporting channels
  • Drive root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions that address underlying issues and strengthen ethical culture
  • Deliver data-driven reporting and insights to senior leadership and Board

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following

Minimum requirements

  • 10+ years investigations, compliance, legal, or audit experience globally
  • 5+ years U.S. experience and understanding of healthcare compliance standards
  • Proven leadership of complex, cross-border investigations programs
  • Strong knowledge of investigation methodologies, documentation, and evidence management
  • Experience engaging senior leadership, regulators, and boards
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or law degree preferred

Preferred requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry environments
  • Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks and regulatory expectations
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage global teams and external partners
  • Excellent stakeholder management across diverse cultures and senior levels
  • Strong communication skills with ability to deliver executive-level insights

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $184,000 - $241,500. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
