Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition. Partner with assigned business stakeholders to design, implement effective and creative recruitment plans. Utilize knowledge of business operations, talent practices to promote company strategies, priorities and proactively align talent acquisition to organizational needs. This position may be filled as a Level I or II. Additional qualifications and responsibilites apply. Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to include the selection, evaluation, documentation, and referral of candidates who meet the qualifications of the open positions
