Job Description

This role is part of the Revenue Marketing function within Publicis Sapient s Global Marketing & Communications team. Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving demand, pipeline growth, and opportunity creation across Publicis Sapient s priority industries, products, and growth initiatives. The team partners closely with Industry Leadership, Sales, Business Development, Product teams, and Marketing colleagues to identify growth opportunities, engage target audiences, and drive demand through strategically designed customer journeys.

The Senior Manager, Industry Growth & Journey Orchestrator is responsible for driving demand, sales-accepted leads (SALs), pipeline, and opportunity creation for an assigned industry portfolio through issue-led marketing strategies and customer journeys.

This role identifies the industry issues, audiences, accounts, and buying groups most likely to drive growth and develops integrated marketing programs that convert market interest into qualified opportunities. Working closely with Industry Leads, Client Partners, Business Development teams, and Product teams, the Industry Growth & Journey Orchestrator aligns marketing investments to growth opportunities and continuously improves performance through data, experimentation, and AI-powered marketing capabilities.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of audience strategy, product positioning, customer journey design, nurture marketing, buying-group development, conversion optimization, performance analytics, and AI-enabled campaign execution. The ideal candidate knows how to turn customer insight into demand, demand into opportunities, and opportunities into measurable pipeline impact.

Your Impact

  • Industry Growth & Positioning: Identify key industry challenges and translate them into compelling, issue-led marketing strategies aligned to growth priorities.
  • Audience & Account Strategy: Define ICPs, buying groups, and target accounts using intent data, CRM, and ABM approaches.
  • Campaign Activation: Design and execute multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns aligned to customer journeys.
  • Nurture & Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize nurture programs to improve engagement, conversion, and sales readiness.
  • Pipeline Impact: Drive marketing contribution to leads, SALs, opportunities, and pipeline; partner closely with sales to improve outcomes.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data, testing, and analytics to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel performance.
  • AI-Enabled Execution: Leverage AI tools to scale content, automate workflows, and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

  • 8-12+ years in growth, demand generation, product or revenue marketing roles
  • Proven track record driving leads, pipeline, and measurable business impact
  • Expertise in audience strategy, customer journeys, ABM, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with CRM, intent data, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and experimentation-driven approaches
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Additional Information

Pay Range:$130,000-$175,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
