We are seeking experienced, member-driven candidates with leadership experience and a sales-and-service mentality, for the position of Branch Manager in our Quantico (VA) Branch. This role is responsible for the day-to-day branch operations, including leading, training, coaching, and directing staff and ensuring excellent member service. Key Job Functions: Responsible for retaining, maintaining, and expanding existing member relationships, securing new member relationships, and business development to increase growth in the branch's local market. Demonstrated knowledge of financial products and services, as well as all aspects of consumer lending and collection practices. The ability to think analytically, provide excellent member service, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with effective written and verbal communication skills is required as this position will engage with vendors, members, and employees at all levels of the Credit Union.
