IT Manager / Systems Administrator

LOCATION: Grayville

REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer

STATUS: Exempt

SALARY RANGE: $42,000 - $60,000

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Under the direction of the CFO, provides leadership and technical expertise for IT systems, cybersecurity tools, software platforms, and technology infrastructure across all locations.

Responsible for systems administration, endpoint security, software lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and operational reliability of businesscritical applications including Agvance, AME, DX Fleet, and other enterprise systems.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Administers and supports IT systems and software platforms, including Agvance, AME, DX Fleet, KwikTag, SharePoint.

Manages cybersecurity tools, endpoint protection, remote monitoring, and system reliability across company location, and provides technical support for phones, printers, VOIP, and office technology.

Coordinates with Growmark, SSI, and other vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, ongoing support and licensing, renewals.

Supports energyrelated technology functions, including product creation and updates. Supports and maintains chemical automation and scale automation interfaces, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with operational systems.

Maintains documentation for systems, configurations, procedures, and workflows, and assists with technology components of energy billing as needed.

Performs other ITrelated duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure support, or IT management.

Experience supporting multisite environments and enterprise software systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of: Endpoint security platforms (Sentinel One), Remote monitoring/management tools (RMM, Screen Connect), VOIP systems, Cloud platforms (SharePoint, Adobe Admin Console), Fueling/Energy Systems (AME, DX Fleet, Fuel 24)

Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security issues.

Strong understanding of IT best practices, cybersecurity, and system reliability.

Professional Skills:

Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage IT operations independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills with an emphasis in planning, organization, and problemsolving abilities.

Ability to document processes, write procedures, and train end users.

Ability to collaborate with management, plant managers, end users, and vendors.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
