Job Description
This role focuses on core project management methodologies tailored to the PMO's oversight of Idea to Market (I2M) and R&D life cycles. The Senior Project Manager applies project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure the organization is efficient and effective in the delivery of its services, solutions, and processes, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This professional will work in a near-site/mostly remote capacity and must be located near one of our major facilities anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: -Manages 3-4 concurrent, medium-complexity tactical projects and programs spanning multiple functional areas (e.g., laboratories, systems, applications). Qualifications: Required WorkExperience:Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation to completion in a matrixed organization Preferred Work Experience:Experience supporting lab operations, Product Development, or IT efforts in the Healthcare Sector is strongly desired Physical and Mental Requirements:Ability to sit for long periods of time Knowledge:Project management principles, processes, and tools.
