Projects / Special Projects / Business Support DSV - Global transport and logistics Location: USA - VIRTUAL - US Texas Division:Solutions POSITION SUMMARY The Technical Writer will work hand in hand with the SMEs to create simplified work instructions, playbooks and quality alerts by utilizing the client SOP's and QAB's. The Technical Writer will report to the Quality Department while supporting the Program Management & Leadership Teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience: The successful candidate for this role must possess an in-depth understanding of level 1 and level 2 documentation, be proficient in organizational skills, possess team spirit, successful communication with a varying audience, and must be proficient with computer applications. They should be able to orchestrate multiple projects and be able to prioritize as demand dictates. They will be professional, career driven, detail oriented and have strong computer skills. They will prepare detailed work instructions for operations and coordinate with SME's for approvals and updates. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office & G Suite a plus Mathematical Skills Other Skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Other Physical Requirements: Must wear composite-toed boots, hearing protection, ability to travel by car or plane, high frequency of computer keyboarding, high frequency of viewing a computer monitor, etc. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed primarily in office during day and night shifts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
