HJF is seeking a Transfer Credit & Graduation Coordinator who under the direction of the Senior Education Coordinator in the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), serves as the quality control expert for reviewing, updating, and maintaining transfer credit evaluations to support evaluations in the Student Information System (SIS). This may include the processing, maintaining, and review of manual exceptions and overrides, in compliance with internal and external academic policies and procedures relating to degree and program completion and requirements. Serves as a member of the degree audit and transfer evaluation team and collaborates with academic departments, advising and Deans, as deemed necessary. This position will be in support of Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) Office of the University Registrar, located in Bethesda, MD. The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine.
