YOUR MISSION
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Management
  • Directly responsible for ensuring that the District consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPI's and profitability goals through effective use of short and long term planning and expense control
  • Guarantee consistent high standards of customer experience within District in accordance with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
  • Recruit, develop, retain and leverage, results driven Store Managers who will achieve or exceed sales, KPI's, profitability goals while offering the highest levels of customer service.
  • Develop, manage and monitor the succession plan for District with results driven individuals both internally as well as externally, who are able to relocate.
  • Responsible for ensuring training programs (required per the Role), both Domestic and Global, are successfully completed to drive results within the District.
  • Accountable for ensuring that payroll goals are achieved and controllable operating expenses are within budget.
  • Analyze business performance, customer profiles and buying trends of individual stores within District, to impact and drive business.
  • Responsible for the Loss Prevention education, training, awareness and compliance within District.
  • Oversee and manage all marketing events within District.
  • Responsible for ensuring the execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the District always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
  • Ensure compliance of District stores concerning Policies & Procedures, Operational core competencies and key accountabilities.
  • Provide Regional Manager and Senior Retail Management with monthly summary of business impacting initiatives.
  • Create innovative business opportunities and identify ways to drive sales within District and ensure action is taken to achieve as well as maximize opportunities.
  • Required to travel to stores within District 100% every month.
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours which include evenings, weekends, holidays.
  • Contributes to planning and or/participates in Store Manager Meetings as required.
YOUR TALENT
  • 4 - 5 years' management experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment, with 3 years in a supervisory/management role,
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, reason through complex issues, analyze data using insights to drive store performance, and adapting to new retail trends, processes and systems to enhance customer and operational efficiency,
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong teams, including presenting to large groups,
  • Demonstrates effective communication,
  • Strong organizational and time management skills,
  • Possess demonstrated results providing effective employee relations coaching and counseling,
  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs,
  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $90,200-$122,430 + Bonus + Benefits
