UnitedHealthcare (UHC) is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Operations & Experience VP People Business Partner (PBP) and team in a fast paced, highly visible enterprise environment. This role is critical to the effectiveness of the team, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic enterprise setting. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the VP PBP, enabling seamless operations, optimizing time and priorities, and facilitating effective communication and coordination across enterprise teams. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to operate with confidence at the most senior levels of the organization. This role is based in the Minnetonka, MN office with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, which is defined as four days onsite, and one day offsite per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.00 - $57.16 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
