America Sports Construction: A Division of PLM is seeking a hardworking and motivated Sports Crew Laborer to assist with the construction, resurfacing, and maintenance of tennis, pickleball, basketball, and multi-sport courts. This position supports acrylic coating crews with daily site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and overall project execution. Key Responsibilities -
- Assist with cleaning and preparing sport court surfaces
- Mix and transport acrylic coating materials
- Support the application of acrylic resurfacer, color coatings, and line striping
- Operate small tools and equipment including blowers, pressure washers, squeegees, and rollers
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Travel to local and out-of-state projects when needed
Qualifications/Requirements - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 3+ years' experience working with sport acrylic coatings
- Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to learn various sports surfacing and coating systems
