Position Summary - America Sports Construction: A Division of PLM is seeking a hardworking and motivated Sports Crew Laborer to assist with the construction, resurfacing, and maintenance of tennis, pickleball, basketball, and multi-sport courts. This position supports acrylic coating crews with daily site preparation, material handling, equipment operation, and overall project execution. Key Responsibilities - Assist with cleaning and preparing sport court surfaces Mix and transport acrylic coating materials Support the application of acrylic resurfacer, color coatings, and line striping Operate small tools and equipment including blowers, pressure washers, squeegees, and rollers Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Travel to local and out-of-state projects when needed Qualifications/Requirements - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
