Offering $16.90 to $23 per hour This employee takes calls from Long Term Care customers, enter orders, and dispatches to the appropriate service center. Job Responsibilities: Log all incoming calls Hours 9am to 6pm Warehouse - cleaning of medical equipment Add new residents to existing LTC customer data base as necessary Follow up on delivery of requested items Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues After-hours dispatching when scheduled Read and analyze documents such as customer orders Effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike Help with the training of employees Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer literacy is necessary Physical Demands: The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
