Summary
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Primary Responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong knowledge of computer and mobile technologies, clerical procedures, customer service, collaboration, and information management. Demonstrated professionalism, critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and accountability. Ability to prioritize and organize work, meet deadlines, work effectively with diverse individuals, and succeed both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to plan and coordinate projects that impact the work of others. QualificationsAppropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education:High school diploma Minimum Required Experience:5 years of experience Field: Veterinary, Healthcare or related field #LI-SN1 Physical Requirements Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously. Work Environment Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Sensory Acuity Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required.
