  • Technical Support: Assist with data collection, field measurements, and design modifications to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new drafting technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

What we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar modeling and drafting software.
  • Experience with infrastructure projects (e.g., water/wastewater, site utilities, structural layouts) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Associate's degree (A.S.) in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Why you will love working for us:

  • Company-subsidized medical and dental.
  • Company-paid life, short, and long-term disability.
  • 401k match, tuition assistance, and more.
  • Cross training and the ability to work on a variety of projects.
  • Performance-based bonuses or other incentives.
  • Working with the best and brightest in the industry.
  • 2,000+ employee national firm with 70+ locations across the US.
