The role - what you'll do
Barr is seeking a human resources associate to join our Minneapolis, Minnesota, team. In this hybrid role, you will support the Corporate Human Resources team on a variety of processes across recruiting, onboarding, and human resources operations. You will play an important part in Barr's talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews, engaging with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process, facilitating new employee orientation, and helping ensure consistency and quality across the function. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is committed to creating a positive experience for candidates and employees. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. They also have a team mentality and are willing to assist where needed to contribute to the group's success. Your impact - key responsibilities

Compensation: anticipated range of $24.00-$27.00 hourly. Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary cash bonus based on team and individual performance.
