Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: Cupertino, CA
Schedule: Hybrid - Remote 3 days per week; onsite every Tuesday and Thursday
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Rate: $55.97 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Sourcing and Fulfillment Coordinator to support procurement and project management operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This role will serve as a key liaison between project planning and execution, ensuring project requirements are accurately tracked, communicated, and fulfilled on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workflows while collaborating cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project scope documentation and validate requirements against construction drawings
- Initiate, track, and manage procurement proposal workflows and change order processes
- Maintain project status trackers and proactively communicate delays or updates to project managers
- Coordinate end-to-end order management, including placing orders with vendors and tracking fulfillment to project sites
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports related to project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including note taking during coordination meetings and monitoring vendor schedules
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate project documentation and workflow records
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or related operations support
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with construction project management software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
