Responsibilities Program Overview Peraton provides a secure, worldwide, high-performance communications network comprised of real-time interactive applications operating over a dedicated IP backbone with secure services for complex national and worldwide executive-level communications. Peraton provides the O&M of the network infrastructure and its components, integration for development of hardware and software solutions, and task support for the delivery of system, network, software, and security solutions. About The Role Peraton is seeking a self-driven and resourceful Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic of Network and UC engineers in Washington, DC. This position serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications environments and extensive experience supporting secure, highly available enterprise communication systems. The engineer will ensure Quality of Service (QoS) standards are maintained for latency-sensitive traffic and will support both operational sustainment and strategic modernization initiatives. Senior Network Engineer responsibilities:

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
