Clinical Transition Liaison Hospice

Are you looking for a rewarding career as a hospice clinical transitions liaison? If so, we invite you to join our team at Amedisys, one of the largest and most trusted home health and hospice companies in the U.S. This role requires an RN, LPN or other clinical license, plus previous outside sales/business development experience in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for partnering with local Liaisons for the growth and development of new business contacts and maintaining current relationships within assigned accounts.

Attractive pay

• Base salary between $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)

Territory

• Elizabethton, Johnson City, Sullivan County (Kingsport, Bristo, TN)

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Saturday

• Develop and maintain client relationships within a competitive marketplace.
• Partner with local Liaisons to develop and grow target accounts.
• Meet with patient and family members to complete consults.
• Responds to customers in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• One (1+) year experience in healthcare, business development or related industry.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse in the state of service.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Hospice or healthcare Business Development.
