Job Summary
The Integrated System Planning (ISP) Analyst Transmission will be responsible for managing location centric integrated resource planning within the transmission domain. The analyst will work with Transmission planning, construction and finance organizations to ensure planning assumptions and related outputs are well governed, accurate and meet the needs of the broader integrated system planning ecosystem.
Essential Functions
Model through ambiguity as it relates to critical location-centric assumptions and inputs within the Transmission domain. Interface with Transmission organization to determine guardrails as it relates to location centric transmission planning and deployment throughput. Quantifies impacts of risks and issues to scale, schedule, and cost as it relates to transmission planning scenarios within the integrated system planning ecosystem. Integrates Transmission insights into broader company wide planning deliverables. Works independently with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
Required Qualifications For Position
Bachelor's Degree Engineering or Engineering Technology. 3+ years of job relevant electric utility experience. Demonstrates strong knowledge of transmission system planning concepts, including development of key assumptions, data inputs, and scenario analysis. Applies output from transmission planning tools (e.g., PSSE, PowerGEM TARA) to inform asset planning decisions and system investment strategies. Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights. Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear written documentation, presentations, and discussions. Applies foundational project management principles to support planning studies, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position

Salary Range*: $82,200.00 - $123,200.00
*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity. Posting Start Date: 2026-06-04
