About the Opportunity:
- Support tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Put away functions
- Interacts with Supervisor, Coordinators, Inbound, Inventory control, and Outbound staff to reconcile open issues
- Other duties as assigned

What You'll Do:
- Openly and actively, communicate internally through the respective Dept., and externally with every other department.

- Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member.
- If in doubt, talk to your lead, supervisor, coordinator, or all the above as needed.
- Follow the open-door policy, informing your chain of command with your issue, and if unhappy with the answer presented, request a conversation at the next level.
- Directly responsible for ensuring a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their job duties and our expectations.
- Actively provide feedback to leads, trainers, supervisors and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.

- Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes
- Monitors the stock levels and reports on discrepancies and status, in support of the
replenishment and planning processes. - Aligns external supply with customer demand to optimize inventory levels and minimize
handling and transportation costs. - Works in support of logistics and transportation services, with the customer in mind.
- Maintains inventory by location for accuracy, safe handling, and accessibility.
- Supports inventory accuracy and cycle counting measures in support of warehouse
metrics. - Participates in and supports other pertinent activities needed in support of warehouse
operations as needed. - Performs other tasks that are related-to and in support-of warehouse and distribution
functions.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in direct operations
- 2+ years of experience in Assembly
- 3+ years of experience in Material Handling in Stand-Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider.
- 3+ years of experience in material handling, warehousing, shipping & receiving,
and storeroom functions.
What Sets You Apart:
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team focus
- Knowledge of SAP and/or PKMS Warehouse Management System.
- Must be able to maintain forklift certification
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Certified or easily capable of being certified to operate various types of material handling
equipment. - Familiarity with office PCs, MS Office software, and RF barcode scanning equipment
- Clean driving record
- Warehouse management or order entry systems experience (SAP or Oracle, etc).
- Materials inspection, product quality or defect or damage detection.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and safe equipment use
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
- Lifting up to 50 lbs during kitting and unit monitoring tasks.
