    Our Manufacturing Engineers embrace our Lean Manufacturing practices by ensuring the company is using the appropriate level of technology on production processes during manufacturing. They provide support to the manufacturing line, while managing the accuracy of engineering documentation.

    Your role as a Manufacturing Engineer

  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirement and equipment layout
  • Meet labor content standards, while utilizing good assembly methodologies and ergonomics
      • Participate in new product development process to ensure products are designed for maximum competitiveness in production
  • Monitor safety compliance on assigned lines
    • Participate on and lead lean manufacturing process improvement teams

    The requirements of a Manufacturing Engineer

    • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Proficient with computer software (CAD and Microsoft Office)
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred
