  Your role as a Manufacturing Engineer

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirement and equipment layout
• Meet labor content standards, while utilizing good assembly methodologies and ergonomics
• • Participate in new product development process to ensure products are designed for maximum competitiveness in production
• Monitor safety compliance on assigned lines
• • Participate on and lead lean manufacturing process improvement teams

  The requirements of a Manufacturing Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with computer software (CAD and Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred
