Here is what you will be doing each day:

Leadership & Strategy:



  • Weekly Payroll Administration
  • Drive associate engagement and retention strategies aligned with Crescent/Brand Culture and values.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
  • Lead property efforts in talent planning succession and workforce strategy. Talent Management:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top hospitality talent for leadership and hourly positions across all departments, as needed.
  • Oversee full cycle recruitment and selections for all hotel open roles. Associate Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Serve as a credible, visible and trusted advisor to managers and associates on P&C matters.
  • Timely address and resolve associate concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Organize associate engagement and recognition programs in alignment with Crescent's associate recognition and communication initiatives.
  • Lead the Associate Engagement Survey process and action planning. Training & Development:
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance associate job skills and guest service focus and delivery.
  • Oversee leadership development and succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure timely and comprehensive compliance training all associate
