- Independently manage and track components of the real estate pipeline, including tracking site opportunities, key deal terms, and critical milestones across new store development and the existing portfolio; monitor progress, identify risks or gaps, and escalate as needed.
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to gather and synthesize due diligence inputs for upcoming projects, ensuring accurate and timely sales projections that inform real estate decisions; identify opportunities to improve data quality and forecasting assumptions.
- Develop a working knowledge of portfolio performance and market dynamics; compile insights on occupancy, center updates, and trends to support leasing discussions and site selection decisions
- Own the preparation and coordination of materials for brand and weekly business development meetings, including setting agendas, identifying key discussion topics, and delivering clear, decision-oriented presentations.
- Maintain and continuously improve Real Estate Trackers and Store Database Reports, ensuring data integrity and usability; use analysis of this data to inform recommendations and business priorities.
- Coordinate timelines and key deliverables for new site development and existing store transactions from LOI through lease execution; independently track progress, flag delays, and drive next steps to ensure deals advance efficiently.
- Responsible for submission of GE coversheets and construction budget requests. Track key milestones, deliverables and deadlines ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness while identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Proactively compile and tailor materials for market tours (mall plans, sales data, maps, etc.), ensuring content reflects key business drivers and supports strategic decision-making.
- Organize and maintain the team's real estate database, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and relevance of key documents (mall plans, landlord information, sales data); identify opportunities to enhance the structure and usability of shared resources.
- Act as a key point of coordination across internal teams (Global Business Development, Planning, Marketing, VM, Legal, Store Operations, Accounting), building relationships to efficiently advance projects and resolve issues.
- Compile and organize material for landlord meetings, including portfolio overviews and brand presentations, incorporating relevant insights and analysis to support negotiations and positioning.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for industry events (e.g., ICSC) with a high level of ownership, ensuring readiness and alignment with broader business objectives.
