Description Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Mesa, AZ Employment Type: Temp to perm Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: $20/hr Schedule: Compressed night shift schedule (Must be open to train on day shift, M-F 8am-5pm) 6pm to 6am Sunday- Wednesday with every other Wednesday off or Wednesday-Saturday with every other Wednesday off

As a Production Associate, you'll support day-to-day operations by assisting with material handling, production line support, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll gain experience across multiple areas of production while supporting the overall success of the facility.
What You'll Do:
* Perform general manual labor tasks to support daily manufacturing operations
* Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished products * Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained * Assist machine operators and production staff with setup, cleanup, and workflow support * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety standards * Inspect materials and products for visible defects or damage * Follow work instructions, schedules, and supervisor directions to meet production goals * Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage * Complete routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks in production areas Why You'll Love Working Here:
