Qlik Sense Developer III | Business Intelligence | Healthcare Analytics Baptist Health Louisville, KY (Hybrid)

Baptist Health is seeking a BI Developer III with strong Qlik Sense and SQL skills to develop enterprise analytics solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. In this role, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to design dashboards, build scalable data models, and deliver insights that help improve patient care and organizational performance.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications and dashboards

• Build and optimize Qlik load scripts, data models, and QVDs

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions

• Troubleshoot and improve application performance

• Support reporting governance, testing, and documentation

• Contribute to BI development standards and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of BI or analytics development experience

• 2+ years of Qlik Sense development experience

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• Healthcare analytics experience

• Qlik Sense certifications

• Qlik NPrinting experience

• Power BI or Tableau experience

• Python, JavaScript, or HTML experience
