STV is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to run and grow a small but capable engineering team within our Digital Advisory Products division. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on software delivery, technical leadership, and people management, with responsibility for shaping how software is built, shipped, and supported across multiple high impact initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep software engineering expertise, a proven ability to lead and mentor engineers, and a track record of delivering high quality, reliable software in a fast moving, consultative environment. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to directly influence product strategy, engineering culture, and delivery standards across STV's Advisory practice.
