ABOUT THE ROLE : You will work on critical business initiatives in the core database engine, bringing an AI-first approach to software development to accelerate roadmap cycles and deliver greater customer impact. Your work will directly impact how developers and businesses build with data. You'll own features end-to-end while applying AI-native engineering practices across design, implementation, evaluation, deployment, measurement, and optimization. You will thrive here if you are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with short feedback loops, ambiguity, and a high bar for execution. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
