Withum Investment Banking Summer Intern (Remote | California-Based Candidates Preferred) Start Date: July 6, 2026 End Date: September 4th, 2026 Part-Time: 15-20 hours/week Position Overview Withum's Investment Banking team is seeking two Summer Interns to support its growing middle market advisory practice. Interns will gain exposure to mergers and acquisitions, capital advisory, and corporate finance initiatives while assisting on active transactions and strategic projects. The team works closely with family- and founder-owned middle market companies, delivering tailored solutions across the full transaction lifecycle from strategic alternatives and transaction readiness through execution and close. For positions in California, New York City and Washington, the compensation for this position ranges from $25-30 per hour. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual's skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
