What will you do as Sr. Analyst Strategic Deal Management at Sealed Air?

You will play a critical role in supporting and leading strategic commercial deal execution within the Food business by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, Finance, Legal, and IT teams. You will ensure that large customer contracts are structured in a way that maximizes profitability, aligns with pricing strategy, and supports long-term business objectives. You will also contribute to pricing governance, contract management processes, and RFP execution across key accounts.

Why do we need you?

  • Lead and coordinate strategic customer contract negotiations for key Food accounts, ensuring profitability and alignment with commercial strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally to build and present business cases and deal recommendations for leadership approval
  • Manage and improve contract tracking systems and governance processes in collaboration with Legal and IT
  • Lead and support customer RFP response processes, ensuring competitive and value-driven proposals
  • Identify and execute profit improvement and pricing optimization opportunities across product portfolios
  • Support formula pricing administration and ensure accuracy of pricing adjustments across customer agreements
  • Track and analyze key market indices (resins, feedstocks, fuel, PPI) to support pricing and margin decisions
  • Support account planning activities with Sales and Marketing to strengthen negotiation strategies

Pay Transparency

  • $74,500 - $128,455 annually


The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined byconsidering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment.
