Responsibilities
This is a hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate must be commutable to our Center City, MN location. Provide high-level administrative support to the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School Leadership team to ensure all administrative duties are handled in a professional, timely and efficient manner to ensure smooth operation of the department, and to assist in meeting goals. Position requires an understanding of the executives' responsibilities and method of operation, as well as an understanding of the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School policies and procedures. Oversee broad range of administrative and process/project management activities. Provide outstanding customer service to employees, students, and external customers while maintaining a smooth operation of the Graduate School.
