Under general supervision, the Pharmacy Tech III - Infusion duties include performing patient refill calls, filling delivery ticket orders, staging compound worksheets and pulling the necessary ingredients, packing supplies and medication for Dynamex or Fedex delivery, Coordinating the delivery via the courier service, equipment cleaning and testing, purchasing of medications and supplies, receiving and stocking of medications and supplies. Sterile compounding and duties which will include selecting products to be filled and labels using computer complying with departmental Policy and Procedures. Review compounding products for problems and alert pharmacist for assistance, if needed. Accurately prepare prescription according to department standards. Package medications, medical supplies and equipment for issue and/or delivery per department to ensure proper storage prior to delivery and in route. Prepare medication and medical supplies; verify correctness of order entry. Compute all calculations as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $67,756 - $84,209 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $32.45 - $40.33 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
