Suburban Hospital is the first and only hospital in the county to receive the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Magnet Recognition Program credential, which is the highest national honor for professional nursing practice and quality patient care Unit/Role Info: Surgical Unit/Ortho-Neuro The New Grad Registered Nurse / RN I is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities. Salary Range: Minimum 37.47/hour - Maximum 59.22/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
