Title: Digital Operations Specialist Salary: $55,000-$65,000 Location: Phoenix, AX (2 day hybrid) Our client is seeking a Digital Operations Specialist to join their growing digital advertising operations team. This role will support the day-to-day execution of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, scheduling, implementation, tracking, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone with online ad trafficking/ad operations experience who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow within digital media and advertising operations. Responsibilities: * Implement and manage online advertising campaigns from launch through completion * Handle day-to-day ad scheduling, trafficking, and campaign updates across digital platforms * Monitor campaign delivery and optimize as needed to support performance and pacing * Partner closely with Account Management to ensure successful campaign execution * Attend weekly internal meetings to discuss campaign delivery, pacing, and any potential issues * Work with Yield Management and external partners to manage margins and move demand across supply sources when needed * Review daily reporting to identify campaign setup, delivery, or performance issues * Review DSP rejection summaries and recommend changes to improve campaign delivery * Support ad placement, scheduling, and updates for customers, which may occasionally include after-hours or weekend needs * Prepare and edit HTML code used to track ad creative * Prepare creative assets for deployment across various digital platforms * Provide timely follow-up, feedback, and issue resolution within established deadlines * Self-manage tasks and priorities to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution * Troubleshoot targeting issues, traffic issues, and reporting discrepancies * QA VAST tags and MP4 files to ensure they meet required specifications Requirements: * 1-2 years of online ad trafficking, digital ad operations, or related experience * Experience with digital campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, reporting, and optimization * Familiarity with ad servers, DSPs, or related digital media platforms * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript * Strong organizational and time management skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment * Comfortable interacting with internal teams, clients, vendors, and media agencies * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision * BA/BS preferred Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
