Warehouse Associate Marietta, GA Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour Shift: M-F 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM 26-05374 Job Summary This position is responsible for stocking, order picking, and material handling between the storeroom and warehouse. The role includes preparing and moving inventory, supporting shipping and receiving functions, and occasional customer service interaction. Equipment used includes cherry pickers and sit-down forklifts. The work environment is not climate controlled and may involve high temperatures. Job Responsibilities Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Move inventory between warehouse and storeroom locations Operate cherry picker and sit-down forklift as needed Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and secure warehouse environment Interpret and follow work orders and shipping instructions Assist with general warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory handling Provide occasional customer service support as needed Job Requirements 6 months to 1 year of recent warehouse experience required Cherry picker experience required (comfortable working at heights of 15-25 feet) Ability to read and understand work orders Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and standing for 8-hour shifts Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with high heat exposure Preferred Qualifications Sit-down forklift experience (training available if needed) Prior experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory management Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse-related experience required Cherry picker operation experience required About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
