Job Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for operating gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices such as forklifts, elevating platforms, or buckets to support loading, unloading, and material movement activities. This role requires adherence to workplace safety standards, efficient equipment operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is classified as NonExempt, and overtime hours worked over 40 per week will be compensated at time and one-half.

Job Responsibilities




  • Operate industrial trucks and lifting equipment safely and efficiently



  • Load, unload, move, and transport materials as required



  • Inspect equipment prior to operation to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance



  • Follow established safety procedures and company policies at all times



  • Maintain accurate handling and placement of materials and inventory



  • Assist with general warehouse or operational tasks as needed



  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and equipment issues




Job Requirements




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required



  • 1-3 years of previous experience operating industrial trucks or similar equipment preferred



  • Ability to operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered equipment



  • Strong attention to safety and operational procedures



  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required by the position



  • Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday through Friday



  • Ability to work overtime as needed
