As the Executive Director for professional clinical services in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology, you will champion a pursuit of clinical excellence across all outpatient and ambulatory units. This role ensures every patient experience transformative care that reflects our enterprise's highest values and strategic ambitions. This role will continuously improve standards to elevate rehabilitative outcomes and patient/clinician engagement.
Essential Functions
*Empowers the operational leadership team, fostering collaboration with various quality, education, and research partners toward achieving improved and transformative clinical outcomes for patients.
*Establish, implement, refine and advance policies, guidelines, and procedures that pave the way for clinical and operational excellence.
*Lead with integrity, producing transparent reports for regulatory agencies, and fostering a culture of accountability and compliance.
*Build impactful relationships across hospitals, the enterprise, and our community, ensuring rehabilitation services are present, inclusive and deeply connected to those we serve. Represent our vision and values on key committees, strengthening our collective impact.
*Drive the financial sustainability of the division, but not limited to direct margins, by collaborating with financial colleagues with the goal of achieving operational excellence, ensuring resources are used wisely to support both exceptional care, continued process improvement and innovation.
*Cultivate a working environment where connection, purpose, and trust thrive. Lead with compassion, regularly rounding and promoting transparency to foster engagement and belonging among clinicians and support teams, attracting and retaining the best talent.

Education& Licensure
Bachelor's degree required.
Master's in PT, OT, or SLP, MBA or MHA preferred.
OT, PT or SLP licensure required.

Experience
Progressive leadership experience in rehabilitation services, ambulatory care, or clinical operations within a complex hospital system 5-7 years required and Demonstrated experience leading outpatient or ambulatory clinical programs across multiple sites 5-7 years required and Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and performance improvement 5-7 years required

- Good judgment, exceptional organizational abilities, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate solid analytical expertise and business acumen to develop and manage financially sustainable budgets and business plans. Utilize tools to analyze, monitor, and elevate departmental systems and processes - ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Leverage administrative skills - including technology, programs, and digital tools - to streamline operations and organizational performance.
