Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading trucks, handling inventory, repackaging products, maintaining product rotation, and ensuring overall warehouse cleanliness and organization. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently according to delivery schedules and order requirements
  • Verify truck loads match order specifications and account requirements
  • Rotate inventory in trucks and warehouse locations based on expiration dates and company procedures
  • Repackage and clean products as needed while maintaining quality standards
  • Identify damaged or expired products and dispose of them with management approval
  • Maintain cleanliness of warehouse areas including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep
  • Support general warehouse operations and additional tasks as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred


Physical Requirements

  • Regular use of hands for handling and moving materials
  • Frequent walking and sitting throughout the workday
  • Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment
  • Ability to function in varying environmental and noise conditions


Work Environment

  • Warehouse distribution setting
  • Active, physical role requiring continuous movement and material handling
  • Moderate noise environment with exposure to mechanical operations
