Job Description
We are currently hiring an Associate Director, Revenue Growth Management in Boston, MA. The Associate Director, Revenue Growth Management is responsible for leading pricing, pack architecture, promotional strategy, and trade investment optimization to drive profitable, sustainable growth. This role partners cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain, and FP&A to translate consumer, customer, and competitive insights into actionable revenue strategies. The Associate Director also oversees a small RGM team and plays a key leadership role in capability building across the commercial organization. For this role, the salary range is between $160,000 and $263,000. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
