Foreclosure Quality Control Associate

The Foreclosure Quality Control Associate is responsible for conducting high-volume audits within a fast-paced environment. The audits consist of reviewing the foreclosure files for accuracy, compliance and adherence to investors and regulatory guidelines. This position requires the ability to handle large volumes of work with efficiency and accuracy while maintaining productivity

Position Requirements:

• Candidate must possess up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Stable work history
• Detail oriented
• Experience performing detailed, qualify focused work
• Working knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel programs
