Position Detail:

Job Title: Imaging Services Clerk

Duration: 6-12 months contract with possible extn

Location: Crum Lynne, PA 19022

Pay rate: $17-18/hr

Schedule: 100% onsite (Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6:30 PM EST)

As an Imaging Services Clerk, you'll be at the forefront of digitizing critical customer and consumer correspondence, ensuring precision and efficiency every step of the way. Required Skills:



  • Strong organization and communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing daily workloads
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of document types and procedures (preferred)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Reliable work ethic aligned with schedule (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri)



Nice to Have Skills:



  • Experience with credit reporting laws
  • Familiarity with document indexing and management systems such as OnBase
  • Previous experience in document scanning or records management



Preferred Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administrative support, records management, or related fields



Other Requirements:



  • Must be able to work in an office environment full-time
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and security protocols
