Mac Engineer

Candidates must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area

We are looking for candidates that have experience with but not limited to the following technology:

• Enterprise experience managing and supporting macOS environments.
• Expertise with JAMF Pro for enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, patching, and software deployment.
• Experience with zero-touch macOS deployments and device inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with JAMF Protect and macOS endpoint security monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of macOS security controls and compliance enforcement.
• Experience integrating macOS identity using JAMF Connect and Azure AD.
• Proficient in macOS automation and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and JAMF platforms.
• Familiar with ITIL, ServiceNow, project delivery, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
