Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing



  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers.
  • Maintain applicant tracking and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.


HR Coordination



  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support administration of benefits, payroll changes, and timekeeping corrections.
  • Respond to HR inquiries and provide guidance on company policies.


Compliance & Reporting



  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and record-keeping related to HR activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive employee relations.


Requirements:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
