Description This position will be traveling to see hospice patients in the Columbia Gorge service area. Schedule : Weekdays day shift with rotating weekend coverage The LPN/LVN works under the direction of a registered nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. Assists with collection of assessment data and provides input to the planning of care. Implements plan of care within the scope of licensure. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
