Overall Purpose

The Director, Product Marketing is responsible for driving awareness and demand for Early Warning digital asset products through financial institutions, fintech partners, and resellers. This position will lead development of digital assets product marketing strategies, with an increased focus on B2B enablement and product positioning, and work closely with both internal cross-functional teams and partners' marketing teams to ensure execution and consistency. Responsible for analyzing program success and incorporating insights into future program planning, including support for emerging digital asset-enabled capabilities.

Essential Functions
  • Leads product marketing strategy for B2B and partner-driven channels, ensuring alignment with product and commercialization objectives.

  • Own and drive product marketing positioning and ongoing market awareness of digital asset capabilities through all segments and partners.

  • Leads development and ongoing updates of marketing and enablement toolkits (e.g. go-to-market plans, templates, messaging frameworks, etc.) for Financial Institutions and partners to ensure consistent messaging and drive solution and product awareness.

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, product management, partnerships, legal, finance, and sales.

  • Defines and manages co-marketing budget to optimize program impact and results across partners.

  • Acts as key marketing contact for onboarding new partners, including working with partners to coordinate marketing plans, communications, and launch activities.

  • Works closely with partners and Early Warning's brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across partner channels.

  • Supports development of product positioning and value propositions to help partners effectively communicate Early Warning solutions to their customers.

  • Initiates development of performance and tracking reports for partner marketing programs, consolidating information and providing end-to-end metrics visibility.

  • Monitors market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (including digital assets and evolving payment models) to inform partner marketing strategies.

  • Supports the company's commitment to protect the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 12+ years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in partner, channel, or product marketing, relationship management, or sales.

  • Experience working for either a start-up or high-growth organization.

  • Experience with digital assets, blockchain-based systems, emerging payment technologies, and related customer experiences.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.

  • Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership.

  • Experience managing a small team.

  • High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in payments, financial services, or network-based platforms.

  • Experience developing marketing strategies for platform-based or ecosystem-driven products.

  • Experience creating partner enablement programs and sales/partner-facing collateral.

  • Experience with digital assets and blockchain products and customer experiences

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
