Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams, optimize Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), and partner with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros).
Partner with Product Owners on backlog grooming and prioritization.
Clear team roadblocks and track progress metrics.
Coordinate release schedules across hybrid Agile/Waterfall teams.
Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and performance.

Qualifications:
5+ years as a Scrum Master (7+ years total tech delivery).
Active Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe).
Experience managing multiple teams and hybrid Agile/Waterfall dependencies.
Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, or VersionOne).
Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:
PMP certification, SAFe experience, or Utility industry background.
