Responsible for leading and implementing operational excellence initiatives, focusing on improving operational efficiency and overseeing project management. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
Essential Functions-Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance.
-Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
-Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams on process improvement activities.
-Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive project management program that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and operational excellence goals.
-Mentor and guide staff on best practices in operational excellence and project management.
-Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
-Manage resources and budgets to support operational excellence initiatives.
-Communicate progress and results of operational initiatives and projects to senior leadership.
Full time with option for hybrid
Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
3-4 days onsite

Education
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or bachelor's degree Business Administration required or bachelor's degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
Experience in project management and process improvement 8-10+ years required and Experience in management or team leadership 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-The candidate will be responsible for directly leading a team in support of the ambulatory treatment room (ATR)

-The candidate will be accountable to independently own all associated project-basedwork from the ATR, as well as participate in leading operational projects for the perioperative team.

-The candidate will demonstrate experience creating and leading strategy design and helping to guide conversations and projects related to strategy development and implementation across perioperative services.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of hospital regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
